Terms and Conditions for the Sea View Suite in Santa Úrsula.
Location:
Calle Maiquetía, 8, 38390 Santa Úrsula, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain. Maximum capacity: 2 adults.
1. Reservation Policy • Minimum age to book: 18 years. • Payment method: A 10% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be paid upon arrival. • Cancellation policy: Cancellations can be made without penalty up to 14 days before arrival, and the deposit will be refunded. If canceled within 14 days of arrival, the deposit will be forfeited. • Minimum stay: 4 nights.
2. House Rules • Check-in: From 3:00 p.m. (self-check-in via key lockbox). • Check-out: Before 11:00 a.m. • Pets: Pets are not allowed. • Quiet hours: From 11:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. • Smoking is prohibited throughout the property. • Parties and events are not allowed.
Additional rules: • Documentation: To comply with Spanish law, all guests will be asked for a copy of their identification before check-in. • Pool usage: Jumping into the pool is prohibited as it may cause water to overflow. Loud music, parties, and shouting are not allowed. No running in the pool area due to the risk of slipping and falling.
3. Cleaning Policy • Additional cleaning fee: The final cleaning service is included in the rate. • Rules at the end of the stay: o Dispose of garbage in the designated containers. o Turn off all lights and small appliances. o Return the keys to the lockbox.
4. Owner’s Liability Disclaimer The owner is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur during the stay at the property. The use of facilities, including the pool and terraces, is at the guest’s own risk.
